IVA's 105th Annual Meeting
Many thanks to all fellows and friends of IVA who contributed to the festivities during this year's evening in honour of the art of engineering sciences!
During IVA's 105th Annual Meeting, around 650 guests gathered at Stockholm City Hall to celebrate the art of engineering sciences. Among other things, we welcomed new Fellows of IVA, awarded gold medals and presented the annual technology speech, highlighting significant advancements in research, innovation and technology.

Distinctions
IVA's Gold Medal was awarded to Gerteric Lindquist, Bo Normark and Xiaodong Zou.
Victoria Dyring was awarded the John and Margaretha Aspegren Scholarship of SEK 100,000, for her educational work in the media, making science and technology more accessible and interesting to the public.
The Stockholm Concert Orchestra (Karin Eriksson, Victor Mobäck, Sara Munters, Christina Wirdegren) together with a cello-playing robot programmed by Fredrik Gran performed the prelude »Means« and »Veer(bot)« composed for IVA by Jacob Mühlrad.
Professor Sylvia Schwaag Serger presented the annual President's address Progress in Research and Technology, highlighting significant advancements in research, innovation, and technology.
